Updated: Mar 12

According to press reports, the Titania Hotel was sold by London & Regional Properties to H Hotels for € 74 million. This comes only four years after London & Regional purchased the Titania hotel from its original owners.

The 4* Titania Hotel has 385 guest rooms and suites. The roof top Olive Garden restaurant offers views of the Acropolis and the old city. The hotel’s on-site parking holds space for up to 250 cars, while its conference centre holds up to 900 people.

London & Regional Properties purchased the Titania Hotel in 2019 from the original owners. L&R is among largest hotel investors in Europe with assets under management exceeding £ 9 billion.

H Hotels is owned by the Hadjilazarou Family and is one of the largest hotel groups in Greece in terms of bed numbers.
